xpra still has a:

Requires: pygtkglext

In its spec file, but I do not believe that it is still using pygtkglext, as pygtkglext is python2 only and xpra is now a python3 app.

I plan to retire pygtkglext for F31+, so please drop the Requires to avoid broken deps.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to 31.
