PDF of full Gen Config guide - with revisions

I've updated the "Settings Overview" section in the General Configuration guide to accurately explain the new location of the Configuration menu.

I've also gone through the guide one more time to catch any remaining mentions of the Configuration menu's old location (under user > settings > Configuration).

FIXED. Marking as Verified. Thanks for all the work Dayle :)

I noticed 2 more things while browsing through the doc - 
1. information about newly added server roles such as - internet connectivity and cockpit is missing from the doc.
2. information about deprecated server roles such as - websocket is still present in the doc.

I'm not sure if they're already covered by other bugzilla though.

I've checked with the rest of the docs team and we do not have the role changes covered yet, or tracked by another BZ (thanks for bringing this to our attention).
