How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCP 4.2 cluster with 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-08-08-103722, view Administration -> Cluster Settings page

Actual results:

Can you include the ClusterVersion YAML?

$ oc get -o yaml clusterversion

Comment 6 Samuel Padgett 2019-08-18 13:50:17 UTC
I happened to notice this in my cluster, so I debugged it while I could reproduce. It turns out to be a simple fix.

Comment 7 Samuel Padgett 2019-08-18 13:54:38 UTC
This was a little tricky to reproduce since it requires a specific cluster state.

Comment 9 Yadan Pei 2019-08-22 07:01:47 UTC
The issue was not reproduced during the upgrade process from 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-08-20-162755 -> 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-08-20-213632 -> 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-08-20-235901
