This bug has been copied from bug #1738491 and has been proposed to be backported to 7.7 z-stream (EUS).

Fixed with kde-settings-19-23.10.el7_7.

Reproduced the error on kde-settings-19-23.9.el7.noarch, verified there was no error message at login via SSH using kde-settings-19-23.10.el7_7.noarch.

Tested kde-settings-19-23.10.el7_7.noarch, and it solved the issue.
