Description of problem:
There are many pages in the UI where breadcrumbs are present but they are not navigatable, it will be nice to make these things consistent throughout the UI.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.11.0.18

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Services > Workloads
2. Select a VM and observe the breadcrumb.

Actual results:
Breadcrumb is present, but not navigatable.

Expected results:
Breadcrumb must be navigatable.

Additional info:
There are other places where this problem exists.

Hello,

Not all breadcrumbs could be navigable - for example on the page you referenced Services > Workloads

You get this breadcrumbs Services > Workloads > VMs & Instances > All VMs & Instances

Services = not existing page, not lead anywhere, only open a second level menu
Workloads = same as services
VM & Instances = not existing page, not lead anywhere, only accordion label
All VMs & Instances = root of the tree, becomes navigable after going deeper

I would close this as a not a bug.
