Description of problem:
When creating a report under Host Memory Trends, there the breadcrumbs does not contain a bread crumb link back to the Host Memory Trends.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Overview->Reports
2. Create a new report under Host Memory Trends
3. Observe the bread crumb

Actual results:
Bread crumb link is not navigatable 

Expected results:
Bread crumb link is navigatable
