Description of problem:
User create app from Developer Catalog, when user create a secure route and choose a value of "Insecure Traffic", the app can not be created and give error

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User go to Dev console and click +Add -> Developer Catalog (or clusteradmin user go to OperatorHub, click Developer Catalog
2. User fill the necessary fields and add a secure route: 
TLS Termination: Passthrough
Insecure Traffic: Redirect
3. Hit Create

Actual results:
3. Error "Invalid value: "redirect": invalid value for InsecureEdgeTerminationPolicy option, acceptable values are None, Redirect, or empty" for field "spec.tls.insecureEdgeTerminationPolicy".

Expected results:
3. Should be saved with route has "Insecure Traffic: Redirect"

Created Passthrough/Redirect route successfully and functionally works for the route link. 

$ oc get route
NAME   HOST/PORT                                                         PATH   SERVICES   PORT   TERMINATION            WILDCARD
test   test-xiaocwan-t.apps.qe-ui-09110831.qe.devcluster.openshift.com          example    80     passthrough/Redirect   None
