1. install the above versions of packages (newest as time of writing)
2. start kontact
3.

Actual results:
kontact: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libQt5WebEngineCore.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN3re23RE23Arg9parse_intEPKciPv

application runs

looks like caused by bug 1672014
