Description of problem:
Mistake in fixfiles utility

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
policycoreutils-2.9-2.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.$ sudo fixfiles relabel

Actual results:
Error:
/sbin/fixfiles: line 151: $1: unbound variable

Expected results:
Should run the whole relabel process.

Additional info:
This blocks official root password recovery process on 8.1, /.autorelabel process fails and system is not able to boot with selinux in enforcing mode.
