Description of problem:
A lot of things is missed for local storage operator

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload the local storage operator to operatorhub as a custom operator
2. Install local storage operator from web console

Actual results:
The operator web page is almost empty

Expected results:
we need to set "Repository", "Container Image", "Created At", "Support", and need the information about how to use the operator.

There is an operator includes all the missed information.

Failed to verify.
As the picture in attachment:
1. Still miss the "CREATED AT" information.
2. Suggest adding the doc for how to deploy local storage provisioner with local storage operator.
