Description of problem:
Please build perl-MIME-tools for EPEL 8 (I need the package as run-time dependency for the mimedefang package).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-MIME-tools-5.509-8.fc31

Actual results:
No perl-MIME-tools in EPEL 8

Expected results:
perl-MIME-tools-5.509-8.el8 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.

Oh, amavisd-new also depends on perl-MIME-tools during run-time.
