There are two AppStream modules for perl in RHEL8 right now.  I'm not sure what the EPEL plan is for multi-perl....

I've attempted to build perl-SOAP-Lite in EPEL 8 but we seem to have a bunch of unmet dependencies: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=37309433

perl-MIME-tools-5.509-9.el8 with 'perl(MIME::Parser)' is in EPEL 8 testing
