Description of problem:
Ansible should not set num_threads in rgw frontends ceph.conf option

The issue with setting num_threads in rgw frontends option is when it is set it overwrites the rgw_thread_pool_size option value which defaults to 512 and default 512 gets changed to 100 which is being set by ceph ansible in frontent num_threads.

The correct fix to remove num_threads setting from rgw frontend option and add rgw_thread_pool_size for tuning threads.
