Just a note that expected result should be displaying flash message
'Reset action does not apply to selected items' and not disabling
Power drop down, this was discussed already in a different BZ.

This PR https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-scvmm/pull/126
fixes the bug. We need to backport the PR also to 5.10.
