It is not possible to test xfrmi on RHEL8 with current iproute version.

Following commits are needed (plus possible dependencies)
- commit 286446c1e8c7f ("ip: support for xfrm interfaces")
- commit aed63ae1acb9a ("ip xfrm: support setting/printing XFRMA_IF_ID attribute in states/policies")
