This list may be incomplete:

1) /usr/share/aclocal/cmake3.m4 has the executable as cmake instead of cmake3.

2) /usr/share/cmake3/Help/command/*

add_compile_definitions.rst:the syntax ``$<...>``.  See the :manual:`cmake-generator-expressions(7)`
add_compile_definitions.rst:manual for available expressions.  See the :manual:`cmake-buildsystem(7)`
...

3) /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/cmake3/cmake3-mode.el

Opening a cmake file in emacs gives: error "Autoloading failed to define function cmake3-mode"

Maybe you should read this properly before calling it a duplicate and closing it prematurely. Bug 1746104 is aboute a minor packaging slip. This one is about incomplete patching and broken functionality.
