Description of problem:

Configuration file /etc/sysconfig/atop is using INTERVAL instead of LOGINTERVAL, as referenced from /usr/share/atop/atop.daily.  Modifying INTERVAL does not change the logging interval, but adding LOGINTERVAL does.

Bug 1520475 sort of addressed this, but in 2.4.0, /usr/share/atop/atop.daily does reference /etc/sysconfig/atop and does work if the proper LOGINTERVAL variable is present.

Bug 1712241 was closed as WORKSFORME by reporter, but the underlying issue was not addressed.
