Satellite is using katello-agent even after setting remote execution by default from satellite web-UI.

Red Hat Satellite 6.6 beta

Login to Satellite Web-UI > Administer > Content > set True to Use remote execution by default

Actual result using Katello-agent

Expected Results to use remote execution

Additional info: Tested in satellite 6.5.2 Found same with satellite 6.6.beta

Comment 5 Bryan Kearney 2020-03-13 14:02:17 UTC
Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite 6 since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/27714 has been resolved.

Comment 6 Peter Ondrejka 2020-06-05 09:57:55 UTC
Verified on Satellite 6.8 snap 2 by removing a package from the content host, operation is done via remote execution according to the global setting
