Description of problem:

Very rarely, kmod-kvdo will fail an object pool not in use assertion when
stopping the device. Other than the message in the log, there does not seem to be any other ill effects.

How reproducible:

Very hard to reproduce, has occurred twice since May 2017.

Steps to Reproduce:

Not known.

Actual results:

An assertion failure is logged when stopping the device.

Expected results:

No assertion failure.

Verified SanityOnly. Regression testing didn't find any issues.
