Description of problem:
Bugs in NEEDINFO state are not listed on "My Bugs" page.   This makes it hard
sometimes to recall which bug needs the info, or to be reminded that the info is
still needed.

Seconded.  In addition to NEEDINFO, MODIFIED should be included, as well as
other NEEDINFO_* states if they're being used by folks.

Red Hat Bugzilla is now using version 3.2 of the Bugzilla codebase and therefore this bug will need to be re-verified against the new release. With the updated code this bug may no longer be relevant or may have been fixed in the new code.
