Description of problem:
After bugfix CVE-2018-5745 mkeys test was modified to prove testing. However, it was incomplete and the test now fails in testing unit.

Additional info:
There is already bug for failures in dnssec test related to ED448. This issue should be fixed by rebase to more recent version, which already contains missing features in this test.

In bug #1683016 comment #9 is propsed fix of these issues. It should be fixed by rebase (bug #1704328) however, reducing some backported patches.
