Doc Text:	.Bucket name or ID is supported in the `radosgw-admin bucket stats` command. With this release, the bucket name or ID can be used as an argument in the `radosgw-admin bucket stats` command. Description of problem:
[RFE] radosgw-admin: add support for --bucket-id in bucket stats command
https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/41061

- This feature will help while troubleshooting Large OMAP objects issue because of bucket.instance objects. We can get the bucket id from the shard object if the bucket is sharded we need to just drop the last digit.

Upstream tracker indicates this was fixed in v14.2.10 upstream. We shipped this fix in RHCS 4 when we shipped v14.2.11 in https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2021:0081

This bug tracks testing in RHCS 5.
