Description of problem:
In installation guide chapter 3.1 only mentions as a prerequisite: 
"Start the ansible-runner-service. It is in the Red Hat registry. This script runs a docker container."

No idea how to do that. Please, provide better explanation on how to do it. And updated to RHEL8 podman. Better remove reference to "docker".
