Description of problem:

See bug 1525905. Current is essentially a duplicate, because after merging the fix for it I realized that some broken code is not that easy to fix, so changed it to ignore by default. So current bug is:

1. Make it not ignore
2. Fix the broken code. This includes engine-cleanup, and also other code needs to be tested and fixed as needed - rename, host-deploy, etc.
