There is no qt4 in epel8, so that's not an option (at the moment). I also would very much be interested in this package being available for EPEL 8. Mark Created attachment 1636613 [details]
Diff between fc31 qwt.spec and spec that builds on CentOS8
The stock Fedora SRPM doesn't build on CentOS due to broken dependency on Qt4.
Fixing that with this diff.

This is the successfully building spec. The resulting packages haven't been tested.
