Description of problem:
KubeCronJobRunning alert is getting generated even though the logging-curator pod is running for a couple of seconds.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.11.98

How reproducible:
Install EFK stack

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install EFK stack
2. Check the alert manager for the alert
3.

Actual results:
The Alert should not be generated as the job has been done.

Expected results:
The alert is getting generated.

We are planning to improve this alert in 4.3.
