Please clarify, scap-workbench already uses pkexec to escalate its privileges.

Isn't this a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1877522 ?

Comment 5 RHEL Program Management 2021-03-12 07:31:48 UTC
After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release. Therefore, it is being closed. If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.

Matej, I strongly believe that this is a duplicate of bz#1877522 as you mentioned. The aging policy bot has acted and closed the bz.

I propose switching the status to CLOSED with the duplicate reference.

Comment 7 Matěj Týč 2021-03-12 17:09:18 UTC
Great, so I am changing the close reason.
