- package python2-pillow-tk-6.0.0-2.fc31.x86_64 requires python2-pillow(x86-64) = 6.0.0-2.fc31, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package python2-pillow-6.0.0-2.fc31.x86_64
  - problem with installed package python2-pillow-tk-6.0.0-2.fc31.x86_64

There is alos https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1751570. If we are sure that f-o-p is the appropriate place,
than 1751570 should be closed as dup of this one.

To my thinking a suitable "obsoletes" in python2-pillow would do the job as required and may be "safer" in some sense; but I have no idea what really are policies to deal with such cases.
