See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1752725#c9 for a workaround. https://github.com/openshift/cluster-network-operator/pull/296 is a PR to automatically add the ingress or cluster domain to noProxy. From the PR comments it sounds like this is not desired.

Junqi Zhao, can you add your ingress domain (i.e. apps.wzheng-0917.qe.devcluster.openshift.com) to noProxy to test a workaround to this issue?
