Description of problem:
When configured with AD backend and with group filter openstack user list --domain <domain> --group <group> does not return users from specified group

How reproducible:
Configure keystone with AD, user_filter, group_filter and group_ad_nesting
execute openstack user list --domain <domain> --group <group>

Actual results:

valid user are returned, but not valid user which are member of the group specified 

Expected results:

User which are members of the group to be returned
