Description of problem:

Customer is requesting to backport support for libvirt live_migration_with_native_tls [1] in nova in RHOSP13 . This feature was added to upstream Stein release (OSP15 base) and resolves several performance and security issues during secure live migration.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-nova-17.0.13-7.el7ost.  This build is available now.
