I'm missing (at least) a dependencies. (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1757467 )

I will build it as soon as possible.

FWIW, using an anonymous fedpkg clone of the package I ran a scratch-build of perl-XML-TreePP and it built and seemed to pass its test suite.  I have not performed any independent functional testing.  Scratch build at: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=38533167

Note that mock builds for this and other packages may currently fail due to issues with the dnf and modularity.

This package will build in epel8 with no additional dependencies now.
