I don't use rhel for myself, and i don't want to spend any spare time (unpaid) for a non-free distro where consumers have to pay money for.
Become a fedora maintainer and do this unpaid job for yourself ;)

You are absolutely right! But actually, the request is for CentOS,  which is a free distro.  I'm tring to build it myself. But it seemed a difficult job for me cause I have no experience on this project.  

I was used fedora 30 and recently migrated to CentOS 8 cause I hate to upgrade half a year.

Would you please consider this suggest again?

Maybe there are mate repos for rhel.
