Description of problem:
After subscribing to CDN with --enable=rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms, try to enable "Automatic updates" in cockpit UI, dnf-automatic package is installed failed as "dnf-automatic is not available from any repository."

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHVH-4.4-20190926.3-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso
2.Subscribe to CDN via cockpit
3.Enable repo "rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms"
4.Enable "Automatic updates" in "Software Updates" page of cockpit

Actual results:
Package dnf-automatic is installed failed as "dnf-automatic is not available from any repository."

Expected results:
Package dnf-automatic should be installed successfull, and "Automatic updates" should be enabled.

Closing as not a bug since rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms has been enabled on a RHEL 8 based host.

QE still can reproduce this issue, since it depend on bug 1779459.
Reopen it.
