no evm after Appliance: none

Description John Dupuy 2019-09-30 18:57:04 UTC
Created attachment 1621254 [details]
no evm after Appliance:

Description of problem:
I noticed that the appliance name will go away after external authentication (with httpd) is configured.

Note: you do NOT need an external auth provider to see this BZ, cf. reproduction steps

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.11.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Configuration -> Authentication
2. Select "Mode" -> "External (httpd)"
3. Select "Provider Type" -> "None"
4. Logout of the appliance
5. Login to the appliance (you can already see the bug here, there is no "EVM" signifying the appliance's name)
6. Navigate to Configuration -> Server

Actual results:
Appliance Name is empty

Expected results:
Appliance name should still be EVM

Additional info:
works fine in 5.11
