Note that the initial patch for this vulnerability introduced another vulnerability; both patches should be applied together. See parent bug for details.

I believe this bug is not required because we added nbdkit to RHEL 7.6, and so
EPEL 7 will only be used for RHEL <= 7.5 which for EPEL purposes we don't
care about.  Also bug 1757261 exists which covers the same security issue
for RHEL 7.6+

Therefore closing this one as WONTFIX.
