There's a CVE ready for rhel-av-8.0.1, so we will have to release an update anyway.
Are we sure we want to drop this for rhel-av-8.0.1?

Try to verify this bz on hosts(4.18.0-80.11.5.el8_0.x86_64&qemu-img-3.1.0-30.module+el8.0.1+4607+7ea9baa9.2.x86_64) according to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1724048#c20, pass after 3 times.
