Description Honza Horak 2019-10-04 07:02:05 UTC
Description of problem:
Just-in-Time Compilation (JIT) for PostgreSQL is already available in v11:
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/12/jit.html

The upstream spec file includes a sub-package llvmjit for this. I believe it would be great to have this feature enabled for the PostgreSQL in Fedora.

Comment 1 Honza Horak 2019-11-29 09:42:02 UTC
This would be interesting to investigate together with the PostgreSQL 12 inclusion.

Comment 2 Pavel Raiskup 2019-12-13 20:39:36 UTC
This doesn't seem to be in RAWHIDE, yet. Can you cite the
commit?

Comment 3 Honza Horak 2020-02-06 12:13:59 UTC
Pull-request that adds this feature: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/postgresql/pull-request/19
