Yes, that's a bug but I would argue that it's independent of this particular bug. The problem is that we are still shipping the manpage from the old grubby repository, so not only this command is listed but all the other deprecated ones. So I would say that this is outside of the scope of this bug and is something that should be fixed separately for 8.3.
