Not sure anyone has seriously given this any cycles.  Probably conditional NACK Capacity is appropriate.  Also, moving to RHEL9.  Given the upstream rewrite of fscache with netfs, and dependence on folios with no plans to backport to RHEL8, RHEL9 seems the only option, if this ever happens at all.
