Description of problem:

(unfortunately, I'm unable to select "nagios-plugins-ifstatus" as component.)
nagios-plugins-ifstatus requires perl(Net::SNMP) which is missing in EPEL repos.

Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides perl(Net::SNMP) needed by nagios-plugins-ifstatus-2.2.1-17.20190829gitfb792ff.el8.initial.x86_64

Expected results:

nagios-plugins-ifstatus and perl-Net-SNMP being installed
