The console channel selector should only contain channels for the 4.3 release.

The available channels for 4.3 should be `stable-4.3` and `fast-4.3`

Now the available channel for 4.2 is `stable-4.2` and `fast-4.2`

Verified on 4.2.0-0.nightly-2019-10-10-225709
