Not available in epel8

Actual results:
Not possible to push packages that depends on it to epel8, like prewikka

Expected results:
Available in epel8

Additional info:

First, you have to request the epel8 branch
   fedpkg request-branch epel8

Then, if you need, I can do a PR for this.
