The CNV 2.1 release was released with a broken telemetry support and so the documentation for it was removed. This bug is created to track re-adding the docs for 2.1.1.

To be released in 2.2.0 (not 2.1.1).

BZ#1755915 was moved to 2.2 and is now verified. Adding `VM count` to the Telemetry content (for CNV only).
