Could you please build perl-Mouse in EPEL 8 ?
It's in the dependency chain of a package I'd like to build for EPEL 8.

This one will be a while yet. The test suite checks for compatibility with Moose so I'll have to do that first.

An initial bootstrap build of perl-Mouse has now been done. I'll submit an update once the full bootstrapping process is done.
