Description of problem:

There are so many packages that aren't available on epel-8 that was be available on epel-7:

For example:
- borgbackup
- rsnapsnot
- shorewall

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

epel release 8

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install epel release 8
2. Update packages list
3. Search for example provided packages

Actual results:

Nothing found

Expected results:

Found packages

EPEL is not a specific set of packages. It's a collection of packages which have maintainers willing to maintain them. We don't mass branch or build everything, maintainers are invited to build things as they are willing to support them. 

You can ask existing maintainers if they would like to support rhel8... just file a bug on the package and ask nicely.
