Please build libqalculate in EPEL8

Will do. I am busy for the next ten days to two weeks. After that, I will build almost all the packages I maintain or co-maintain for EPEL-8 (Xfce, spyder, libqalculate, etc.)

I would love to have spyder in EPEL 8. I'm willing to test / assist if I can.
