Could hiredis please be made available in EPEL-8?

Ran into it missing when trying to build some of our services under CentOS 8.

We currently use hiredis under EPEL-7.

Sure. The latest (0.14) builds fine in epel8. 

I'd also like to update rawhide, but would have to check about other packages depending on it there...
