This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #1749429

I am copying this bug because atopacctd is not included in the EPEL 8 rpm. It has been include in EPEL 7 a few weeks ago (see Bug #1749429).

atop in EPEL-8 is atop-2.4.0-3
atop in EPEL-7 is atop-2.4.0-4
