systemtap 4.2 contains commits 8b5b71ab376b40 and 7609f2233bd97, which brings dyninst-on-arm/ppc support to systemtap.  Both can be cherry-picked to 4.1.

This bz has become moot by bug #1763157, which disabled dyninst support in dts9+ for rhel7, due to build-dependency problems.
